About Me

Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing is based in California, where she works as an accomplished sales director and devotes time to charitable causes. Her people-centric approach helps her team better understand the needs of their clients so that they may offer better solutions. To succeed in her duties as a manager and consultant, she has a wide range of foreign expertise.

Despite her desire to devote her life to her job, she devotes time to humanitarian endeavors that benefit children in need. She aspires to promote the health and well-being of children in the Philippines, the United States, and the rest of the world via her activities.

Infancy

Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing was born in Manila, Philippines, to her proud parents and began her journey through life there. A busy city center was her home for her first 14 years when she learned how to traverse it with ease.

In her early adolescent years, she traveled to the United States to complete her childhood in California. After spending much of her childhood in a populous metropolis, the relocation seemed natural while also allowing her to develop an international viewpoint.

Because she'd spent most of her life in a metropolis, moving to a rural area seemed natural and gave her a new perspective on the world.
She stayed in the United States until she was 25 when she returned to the Philippines and lived there for the next two decades. With her bilingual skills, she served an international audience and created a successful career while living in both countries.

Education

Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing worked hard in high school and beyond when she lived in California to get into the university of her dreams. She was admitted to UCLA, popularly known as the University of California, Los Angeles, after applying to several famous private universities. During her time at UCLA, she was also the director of the Business Society.

As she neared the end of her studies at the university, she was drawn to the field of economics. She acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Economics because of her strong work ethic and ability to absorb complex ideas. During her undergraduate years, she was also taught about the value of self-care and community service.

Career

After graduating from UCLA, Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing began her career as a healthcare consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area. She returned to the Philippines at the age of 25 to further her profession.

Anderson Group BPO Inc. hired her as the Country Director and International Sales Director after working as a director in Los Angeles. There, she had overall responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations while managing vast sales and account managers.

She was instrumental in helping several large corporations reach their business process outsourcing (BPO) goals while serving as director. As a member of her team, she ensured that everyone got the resources they needed to meet their goals.

Her efforts resulted in lower operating expenses and improved results for the companies she managed. She has since departed that position, but not before leaving her impact on the company as a whole.

Accomplishments

Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing was a director at Anderson Group BPO, Inc. when she received her Master Project Management credential. To broaden her horizons and sharpen her talents, she finished the American Academy of Project Management program.
